What's Included in Every Order

When you buy a Velleria companion, the listed options are included. These typically cover: skin tone, eye color, wig style, nail color, and foot type (standing vs. standard). Some models also offer head sculpt choice or breast type variants. All of this is selected during the order process — no extra charge.

Within-Catalog Options: Free Swaps

AIBEI Luxe has a broader catalog than what's visible on individual product listings. Many configurations are possible that aren't explicitly listed — a different skin tone from the same color range, a head sculpt from a similar model, a body variant that exists in the studio system but isn't front-and-center on the page.

If you want something within the existing catalog that you don't see listed, contact us before ordering. In many cases, we can accommodate it at no extra cost. We just need to confirm availability with the studio.

Cross-Model Configurations

Pairing a head from one model with the body of another is often possible within the same material category. Silicone-head companions generally have interchangeable heads within the silicone range; TPE is similar. Contact us with the specific combination you want — we'll check compatibility before committing to anything.

What Requires Tooling (and Costs Extra)

Some requests genuinely require new molds or engineering work. Examples: a head sculpt that doesn't exist in the AIBEI Luxe catalog, a body with specific proportions that don't match existing molds, or structural modifications that require new components.

In these cases, there's a real cost involved — the mold creation, testing, and approval process isn't free. We quote you the factory cost only — what AIBEI Luxe charges us, passed through to you with nothing added. Depending on scope, tooling typically adds $200–$800+ to the order cost.

We're transparent about this upfront. You'll receive a full quote before committing to any bespoke work.

Upgrade Options: Cost at Checkout

Many companions support upgrades listed directly on the product page — internal heating, EVO skeleton, articulated fingers, moaning function, electric hip, and others. These are factory upgrades with fixed costs listed in the product options. Select them at checkout like any other option.
