What shipping includes
For eligible routes, the displayed product price is planned to include standard shipping. If your destination needs special handling, we will tell you before the order moves.
Discreet packaging
Your order ships in a plain, unmarked carton. No adult wording, product name, or Velleria branding appears on the outside of the box.
Customs planned where possible
USA and EU routes are planned to reduce surprise customs costs where possible, using tracked carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, 4PX, or qualified warehouse partners.
Restricted regions
We cannot ship where adult products are prohibited or likely to be seized, including India, Pakistan, UAE, Thailand, and other restricted destinations under local law.
Customs officers may inspect parcels, especially outside the USA and EU. Orders to the UK, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, and other regulated destinations may require buyer-side customs clearance.
What happens after you order
Ready-stock and custom orders do not move the same way. Warehouse stock is faster; factory builds need production and QC first.
Payment confirmed
Factory processing usually begins within 24 hours once payment, order details, and shipping address are complete.
Manufacturing
Standard custom production commonly takes 7 to 15 business days. Complex options, factory workload, or QC corrections can add time.
Shipping
Air routes usually take 8 to 15 business days after dispatch. Sea freight is slower, often 25 to 45 days for selected destinations or larger shipments.
Tracking
Tracking is shared after the parcel enters the carrier system. Large parcels can take a little time to show movement after handoff.
For standard factory orders, a normal order-to-delivery estimate is 15 to 30 days. Custom options, carrier delays, customs review, holidays, or local delivery conditions can change that window.
US and EU warehouse orders
Warehouse stock is already built, but each order still goes through stock confirmation, outbound QC, discreet packing, and carrier release.
US warehouse
Typical arrival is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch for most US addresses. Remote areas, appointment delivery, or carrier exceptions can add time.
EU warehouse
Typical arrival is 4 to 9 business days after dispatch for many EU destinations. Island regions and cross-border handoffs may take longer.
Order flow
Payment review, stock check, QC, plain packing, carrier pickup, tracking update, and final delivery. Most ready-stock orders are confirmed within 1 business day.
Factory custom orders and QC
Custom orders are handled as a build project. We confirm the specification, place the factory order, inspect the finished item, then ship by the agreed route.
If QC catches an issue
We will tell you what happened, what the factory is correcting, and the revised timeline. A clean shipment matters more than a rushed shipment.
Delay support
If factory or Velleria QC rework pushes the order beyond the confirmed window, we offer a service credit: $200 off the current order where possible, or 20% off a future Velleria order.
What is excluded
Carrier delays, customs review, incorrect address details, local holidays, weather, and buyer-side clearance are outside factory rework compensation.
Please make sure the shipping address, phone number, and receiving plan are correct. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed signature, or missed delivery, a 50% processing fee may apply and shipping costs are not refundable.
