Customization Guide

A custom order should be settled before production starts. We confirm the compatible options, written specification, estimated production window, fulfillment route, and price before the factory build proceeds.

Ready stock or made to order?

Ready stock Factory / made to order
The product is already built. Material, body, head, skin tone, and installed features are normally fixed. The product is sourced or produced after purchase. Compatible options are confirmed before production.
Usually the faster route. Usually the better route when a specific appearance or feature matters more than speed.
Only changes expressly offered on the listing are included. Lead time varies with the model, options, factory schedule, and quality-control results.

Options that may be available

Compatibility varies by model. Depending on the product, options may include head sculpt, body, material, skin tone, eyes, wig, makeup direction, standing support, implanted hair, movable jaw, heating, and other factory-installed features. An option shown on one product is not automatically compatible with another.

How the process works

  1. Brief: send the product link, destination, budget, deadline, and must-have options.
  2. Feasibility: we confirm compatibility, price, estimated production window, and delivery route.
  3. Written specification: review names, codes, colors, reference images, included parts, and any paid upgrades. This written specification becomes the order reference.
  4. Production: the factory allocates or builds the product. Changes requested after this point may be impossible or may add documented cost and time.
  5. Quality control: the finished product is reviewed against the confirmed specification. If correction is needed, we provide an updated estimate.
  6. Dispatch: tracking is shared after carrier acceptance.

Reference images and handmade variation

Reference photographs communicate direction, not an exact digital duplicate. Makeup, hairline, skin tone under different lighting, hand-painted detail, and soft-material dimensions can vary slightly. We will treat a material difference from the confirmed model or option as an order issue; small handmade variation alone is not automatically a defect.

Changes, cancellations, and returns

Check the full specification before approval. Before production or procurement begins, a custom order can be cancelled for a full refund. After work begins, only documented, non-recoverable costs may be deducted where the customer agreed and applicable law permits. Made-to-order or clearly personalized goods are not eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns where the law permits that exception. Verified defects, arrival damage, and wrong confirmed specifications remain reviewable.
