Ready Stock or Factory Order? What Happens After Checkout

By Shopify API

What happens after checkout depends on the product's fulfillment route. Velleria sells limited ready-stock units and factory or made-to-order products, so one timeline does not fit every order.

First: identify the route on the product page

  • US ready stock: a limited unit held in our US fulfillment network in Ontario, California, subject to final warehouse confirmation.
  • EU ready stock: a limited unit held in our EU fulfillment network, which may be in Poland, Spain, or Germany, subject to final warehouse confirmation.
  • Factory order: the supplier confirms availability, configuration, and the applicable lead time after checkout.
  • Made to order: production begins after the written specification and compatible options are confirmed.

A warehouse item is already built, so its material, body, head, tone, and installed options are normally fixed unless the listing expressly offers a change. A factory or custom order usually offers more choice but needs additional confirmation before dispatch.

After a ready-stock checkout

  1. Stock and address check: we confirm the exact unit, fulfillment location, destination, and contact details.
  2. Outbound check and packing: allow about 1–2 business days for confirmation, inspection, address review, and plain outer packing.
  3. Carrier acceptance: tracking is shared after the carrier accepts the parcel.
  4. Estimated transit: about 3–7 business days for many contiguous-US addresses and about 3–10 business days for many EU addresses. Remote areas, appointments, islands, and cross-border handoffs can take longer.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Ready-stock quantities are limited. If the exact listed unit cannot be confirmed, we will contact you with the available options, which may include a substitute, a factory order with a revised estimate, or cancellation and refund.

After a factory or made-to-order checkout

  1. Order review: the product, destination, selected options, and payment are checked.
  2. Specification confirmation: for configurable products, compatible options and any extra cost are confirmed in writing.
  3. Allocation or production: timing depends on the model, supplier capacity, options, and quality-control results.
  4. Dispatch and transit: the product-specific or written estimate separates production or allocation from the delivery route whenever possible.

If the order is customized, review the written specification carefully before production begins. Changes may become unavailable after procurement or production starts.

Packaging, tracking, and arrival

Orders ship in a plain outer carton without product imagery or adult-product wording. Required shipping, customs, security, and legal information remains visible. Tracking is issued after carrier acceptance.

When the parcel arrives, photograph the outer carton before opening it, keep the packing materials, and check the model, options, accessories, and visible condition before use, cleaning, alteration, or repair. Report arrival damage, a wrong item, or a missing part within 48 hours when possible so evidence can be preserved. Later reports remain reviewable where applicable law or the written product term requires it.

Browse US ready stock or EU ready stock, read the full shipping and discreet-delivery guide, review the customization process, and check the returns and warranty terms. For a route-specific estimate, send us the product link and destination postal code.
