Privacy and Discretion: How We Handle Your Order

Discretion matters. We know that, and we've structured every step of our operation around it — from how we handle your data to how your order arrives at your door.

Packaging

Your order ships in a plain, unmarked outer carton. There is no logo, no brand name, no product description, and no indication of the contents visible on the outside. The box dimensions are intentionally generic — the same kind of dimensions used for furniture, electronics, or appliances.

The inner packaging uses protective foam and padding to prevent damage. There's no branded tissue paper, no branded inserts, and no marketing materials included unless you specifically request a packing slip.

Shipping Labels

The shipping label shows the recipient's address and a sender name/address that does not reference Velleria or any recognisable brand. The label content is the same as any standard commercial package.

Bank and Card Statements

The merchant name that appears on your statement is a generic business name — not Velleria, not any recognisable reference to the type of product purchased. If you're concerned about a shared bank account or statement review, this is what you'd see: a neutral business name, the amount, and the date.

PayPal transactions follow the same principle — the merchant description is neutral.

Your Data

We collect only what we need to process and deliver your order: your name, delivery address, email, and payment details. Payment card data is processed directly by our payment gateway and is never stored on our servers.

We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not add customers to third-party lists. Our email communications are transactional — order confirmations, despatch notifications, and replies to your messages. Nothing else.

Email Correspondence

Our customer-facing email address and display name carry no reference to the nature of the products. Your inbox will show a sender name consistent with a general retail business. Replies from us follow the same convention.

If you use a work email or a shared email account, consider creating a personal account for correspondence with us — we recommend it for any private purchase of this nature.

Customs

For international orders, customs declarations describe the contents as "silicone figures" or similar neutral terminology. The declared value is accurate (we do not undervalue to evade duties), but the description is generic.

Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer. Our shipping policy page covers this in detail by region.

Who Handles Delivery

We use established international freight partners — DHL, FedEx, or comparable carriers depending on your location. Delivery personnel have no visibility into the contents of packages. The weight and dimensions of a companion doll are consistent with furniture, sports equipment, or any other high-value consumer item.
